These terms cover the BlurKids app and this website. By downloading or using BlurKids, you agree to them.
The app license
BlurKids is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to that agreement. If the two conflict, Apple's agreement applies to your use of the app.
Check before you share
BlurKids finds and covers faces automatically, but no detection is perfect. A face can be missed when it is small, turned away, partly hidden or moving fast. Review every photo and video before you share it. You decide what you publish, and you are responsible for it.
Your photos and videos
Your photos and videos stay yours and stay on your device. We never receive them. Use BlurKids only with photos and videos you have the right to edit and share.
Purchases and subscriptions
BlurKids is free to use, and exports from the free version carry a watermark. BlurKids Pro removes the watermark and is sold through the App Store as a yearly or monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before that. If a free trial is offered, the subscription price is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings. Apple handles refunds under its own policies.
Acceptable use
Don't use BlurKids or this website to break the law or to harm, harass or identify other people. Don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, except where the law allows it.
Ownership
The BlurKids and KidsAIPro names, the app, this website and their content belong to KidsAIPro and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Warranties and liability
We work hard to make BlurKids reliable, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss caused by content shared with a face left visible. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date above. If you keep using BlurKids after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies.
